Great hours! Great Samplers! Fantastic help that walks you through the beers and why they use certain ingrediants and naming conventions. A great place while your in town or even more if you are local.

Not only does Bayou Teche Brewing craft some of the best beer I've tasted (from Portland to Miami) but the owners and staff are crazy Passionné about sharing the distinctive culture of south Louisiana. My favorite BT brews are LA 31 Pale and LA 31 Biére Noire.

It's been hard to find a beer I really like and can find on a regular basis, but I found it and who would have thought it would have been brewed so close to home...well, who else but a Cajun could have made it.
