They do try very hard. The food is pretty good. My only complaint is when you go through the drive-thru you need to check your order because they are bad to forget or leave off items.
Maybe they just had a bad day but this was by far the worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's. I used the drive thru for fast food which is ironic because i waited over 20 minutes in line and then another 15 minutes after we paid. Now the problems start. I ordered two sausage biscuits combo and a order of pancakes. We didn't receive syrup nor ketchup. In fairness, THEY did not ask if we wanted condiments so WE did not get them. To follow, they forgot my coffee I ordered. After i ask for the coffee another five minutes had passed before I received it. Now the food. The biscuits where loosely put together at best, almost intentionally stacked each piece 1/3 off of the previous one like some kind of art work however, I had to stack the biscuits correctly so I could eat them. Finally the coffee, it was, wait for it . . . awful, burnt, and flavorless. Again, maybe they just had a bad morning.
The service was fast, the lady in the drive thru was friendly and able to answer questions about the food. Food was tasty and fresh. Happy meal for my soon was presented in a clean box. The people ate for less then $20.
Service slow & for some reason they are unable to get the simplest order correct.
