I have found the food to be a pretty good value. Comparatively the prices at Betty's are not high. If I go to P-burg and place a comparable order the price will be 50% higher. The staff is stressed over there at peak times and it is my observation that they are usually doing the best they can as they juggle waiting on tables, working the register and taking delivery orders all at the same time. The food is fresh, especially the salads and is above average in quality. I have never ordered delivery so I cannot rate that. Overall, considering what we have to choose from locally, I think it is pretty good.
The food is highly priced and usually cold by the time you get it delivered. They are rude and hateful when you are ordering. I have waited for 3 hours before for an order. The pizza is ok at best. You get a better deal from Little Caesars though.
