Reno's Roadhouse
Reviews
I had the most disappointing steak I've ever had. It wasn't the worst, but I paid $20 for an 8oz fillet. I ordered it medium and it was way over cooked and had very little taste. My sweet potato was good and my mashed potatoes were below average. Service and atmosphere were good though!
My wife and I just had a fantastic experience at Reno's @ Morehead, KY. Staff was great and very helpful, steak sandwich and fries were mouth watering and a great portion for a very reasonable price. My wife had ribs with dry rub and they were one of the best half rack of ribs she ever had. She also had a potato casserole which she reluctantly shared a small bit with me. While we were waiting we had roasted peanuts by the bucket and delicious warm rolls with a honey/butter glaze that were out of this world. Peanuts and rolls were complimentary. We are from Southern Indiana but will stop there again on our next road trip in this direction. This is a "DON'T MISS" spot.
Attended Reno's with 5 guests. This place is not good. I was hoping for a real steakhouse with fresh grilled meats. I got a chicken breast with bacon. Chicken seemed microwaved (at least pre cooked and heated) and bacon was strips of rubber bands, and the entire dish was covered in cheese sauce.. Sent it back. Rest of party was "meh" on their food. Fish and chips was 2 frozen fish sticks. Steaks were ok at best. One of the party asked for mayo. Received a single packet, not a sauce container, so that kinda tells you what you're dealing with. Service was also awkward, but adequate. I would go somewhere else.
Reno's is not a steakhouse. There steaks are low quality. Order their burgers, they are great.
