Poor Customer Service I have had a few great experiences with this Dunkin Donuts. For the past few months their quality has decreased. The past few XL coffees I have purchase leaked on me. When I call to respectfully notify them, no one answers. For instance, today around 11:30 AM, I purchased a XL coffee (which I received in an acceptable timely manner) but was extremely bitter and tasted burnt. I thought I would let it pass but when I got home and checked my credit card statement they had charged me twice. I tried calling them to straighten it out. I would have easily gone and gotten another coffee instead of having them fix their mistake on my credit card. But when I called to even notify them (4 times) they did not answer.
I really enjoy eating here! They had growing pains at first, but their staff is great and very efficient. One of the young ladies, Taylor, does a fantastic job. Their pumpkin coffee is awesome. I love this store.
I love this location...staff is efficient and pleasant. Dining area is clean. Regular satisfied customer.
