I ordered from here and I have never had so much problems with a pizza place. First I was told I was getting my pizza for a certain price, when I go there it was 4 dollars more. I was told I was getting a certain bag of chips, got there and they did not even carry them. I ordered my pizza with pep and sausage with olives on part. Got there there was no olives. I went back in to tell them they did not put the olives on. The manager looks and the pizza and goes "hmmm" I can take the pizza back and put some on or give you some, in the rudest like dude at least you got your pizza voice. So as i'm driving home i'm thinking about the price. I'm like its not adding up. So I call and get the manager and he's still rude, never said sorry. Basically told me it was not his fault his employee was probably new. I don't care if they are new, if they were trained right then there would have been no problem. I told the manager he was rude and he's like no i'm not i'm just telling you. I don't care what your telling me... you guys messed up and you were a jerk. I will never EVER go to this place again. Much better pizza places out there with much nicer people.
Its a nice pizza place if your ordering a sub like I do.. I ordered a pizza one night asked it be cut in squares I was told it would be but wasn't I called to talk to the MANAGER and someone else answered and refused to let me.. Needless to say very bad service!
These guys, at this location, are rude and will take forever to deliver your order (most likely not the driver's fault). I called to inquire about the status of the order and was met with snide remarks and condescending tones. It's not a very good business model to have such terrible customer service. So I called back and cancelled the order, informing them that I won't support a business that treats it's customers in such a manner. I'm sure it's not Giovanni's Pizza's intention to be rude to their customers, so I won't hold it against the company. I just won't be spending my money at the 724 Greenup Ave, Ashland, KY location.
If you love bread with pizza sauce on it you will love this restaurant! On the other hand if you order their large pizza with everything on it which is pretty good it will cost $30!!
