Who ever gives this place a bad review can jump on the nuts.....decor...awsome...food good..service...ok....smoking at the bar while sippin a cocktail.....priceless. Playing some easy funk jazz...love it.. BEST IN ASHLAND.
How this palce has a 3.5 rating is beyond me! This is the worst meal I have had in a long time. From an empty host/hostess desk to a hand written beer menu from the waitress, the experience only worsened as we moved through. Mushy fried shrimp, cold fries and a salad that I would have thrown out of my own fridge because it was so brown and dirty ( I sent it back) left us with a bad taste in our mouths.......literally.
And thank goodness you can still smoke when you drink, as a smoker , you want to smoke !so that's the reason I go here because you can still smoke. Also the drinks are really good and so is the food.
Smoking needs to be prohibited. Cajun sandwich was okay..fries not so much. Would have had another beer if the bartender had been more observant.
My only gripe is that people do smoke here. The Pub Sirloin is always good!
