Starbucks

We went there on a Sunday in mid-October. I'll admit that it was fairly busy, but unfortunately the staff could NOT get the drinks right and took a looooong time, despite no other customers waiting for drinks. Several guests returned their drinks while I was waiting, and mine was the worst I had every tasted. Unfortunately, I had just waited about 20 minutes for a drink, and I didn't have any more time to spare. The next time I'm in Wichita, I will NOT be returning to this location.

Inconsistent service ... about 60% of the time, my oatmeal is lumpy (large lumps) or extremely dry ... feels like paste in my mouth. I only have this problem at this particular Starbucks. On top of it, they never give a napkin when you go through the drive thru ... Starbucks isn't the only drive-thru with that problem. I remember a point in time where drive thru's handed you several napkins, knowing that things tend to spill in a car. Seems like napkins are like gold today because you only seem to be able to get them if you ask. I have been to this location often, but after the rude attendant (girl with bangs and straight shoulder length, reddish colored hair) that worked the drive thru this morning, I will not be back. I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee. They barely put any cream and when I asked for more, she acted like I had asked her to move a mountain. I have a choice where I spend my money, and I choose to not patronize an establishment that comes across as arrogant and rude. This decision is based not on this morning's experience alone, but the history of experiences I have had at this location. There are plenty of places that sell oatmeal and coffee, and they are happy to take care of their customers.
