First time going with my boyfriend and the service was HORRIBLE! the girl that first came over to take our order didn't even come check on us once! we were there for a good hour and a half before some other waitress came to check on us saying " oh sorry we are pretty busy" okay i get it yeah it was a little busy but to continue checking up on other tables instead of us??? Rude... and they didn't even have what i wanted on the menu, why put it on the menu if you don't even have it?? needless to say i do not think i will ever be going back to this place again. one couple who came in after us and sitting a table next to us was was able to get a refill before us but we came in before them...really??. while our coal was long dead we still had to wait longer. and they wonder why i didn't tip. Terrible service. rude people working there.. and the girls really have to be wearing booty shorts?? Pathetic i think. makes it feel like i am at a hooters or something.

Great food, friendly staff relaxing atmosphere. Can get a little noisy when it gets full, but other than the noise, I love the place.

Very relaxing. Good music. Nice waitress. Good service. Any other hooka bar in town is rather trashy compared to this. Its in a good area and their style and design is really nice. Not too bad on prices.

There are three reasons why you shouldn't waste your time or money at this establishment: 1. They have terrible service. On several separate occasions, my friends and I have been left waiting for almost half an hour, BEFORE EVEN ORDERING. And once you get your cigar or hookah, forget about seeing your waiter or waitress again for another 30-45 minutes. You practically have to tackle a waiter to get any attention or service. 2. The place is WAY overpriced. Hookahs are 15$, which is a good 5$ more than any other hookah bar in town. Cigars are only marked up a little, but drinks are also ridiculously overpriced, especially considering that you'll get one, and then never see your waitress again. 3. Stupid money-grubbing policies. Fri-Sat night there's a cover charge of 5$ for anyone under 21, regardless of what they're buying. Also, regardless of what you're ordering, whether it's a hookah, cigar, or alcoholic beverage, you HAVE you buy a drink like a water or soda. It's just stupid. While I do like the ambiance of the location, and they do make a good bowl of hookah, don't waste your time and money at this establishment.

When i come to Wichita, heat is where i always end up. Food is fabulous, hookah taste great and is clean unlike other places i have been. The place is clean and is a great atmosphere for people my age. A membership is permitted but only $10. Service is great. Servers know 'me by name and remember what i order. This is by far a wonderful place to hang out.
