Chef Louis and staff are the BEST! Lunch is "Burger Time" although there are many other selections. And for me; Dinner on Thursday with the best fried catfish and Friday Steak night are my favorites. This is what a small independent restaurant should be...great food, relaxed atmosphere and for those lucky enough to work for Lou...a good job that teaches life lessons and more!
We are new to the Rose Hill area and are so happy to have found Louie's. The hamburgers are yummy and the fries perfection, and the order is very large. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! So much better than fast food places.
Exactly what you would expect from a small town burger house. They actually have a pretty diverse menu (catfish, chicken, etc) but hamburgers are the main attraction for my family. My wife and 10yr old daughter love the "Blue Moon" burger. Onion rings and okra are both wonderful!
Our favorite local restaurant! We usually make a huge call in order and is always ready in fifteen min and its always yummy!
Contrary to what the previous poster wrote Louis is a wonderful, small town restaurant with good food and a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The hamburgers are quite large and a single, bacon cheeseburger is always more than enough to fill me up. The owner obviously loves what he does and his warm and positive attitude is always enjoyed by my family. Personal lifestyle preferences should have been left out of the previous review.
