I went to this BWW Monday, the 7th and was with my white date and this young girl greeted us at the door. She had the most unpleasant look on her face, then asked if it was just the two of us. After confirming she takes two menus and walks off. She then comes to a table throws the menus down and briskly walks away saying "Your server will be with you shortly". We had barely reached the table and she was halfway to the back. I am a Black Veteran of the Navy and my date was a white male. This is 2014 and to see such blatant racism is sickening. I have told my friends and they have agreed not to visit this particular restaurant ever again.
Friendly staff, good food. Dont be fooled by lousy reviews.
I recently ate at a BWW in Oklahoma City and it was great. But tonight I went to this one in Derby, ks and it was AWFUL! My brother and I were seated quickly, but after that we were left sitting there for THIRTY MINUTES. Awful. Nothing good about it. Smart alec waiter dude..
The worst......we were the first in tbe door when they opened today......it took over 20 minutes for our take out order to be ready........the bacon cheese burgers were over cooked and very dry.....my diet coke was flat, I had to throw it out.........and the front enterance by the counter had a lot of flies buzzing around. We won't be going back.
Slow service, food a little overpriced. Prefer Little Busters for the value.
