Ordered a medium hot chocolate, was the only customer in this place at the time. Took a longer than normal time for the cashier to open the drive thru window to receive my payment, took longer than normal to get my change, took yet more time to get my drink. And then when I was back driving on the highway, unpleasantly surprised by coffee. Will not be back.
This location has a lot of negative reviews, but I've never experienced anything less than great service and great food every time.
I never really write reviews but had the worse experience with this place, starting with incorrect order, over-changed, and food was terrible! trust and believe you are better off just going to Mcdonals and at a more reasonable price!
Friendly staff, long wait time in drive thru. But that usually means fresh food except for the donuts, stale.
Messed up order. Forgot to make our sandwiches. When we tried the coffee it was so burned it was undrinkable. I don't understand how a coffee place can screw up coffee that badly. Mcdonalds coffee is drinkable for a fraction of the price. Avoid this place.
