The happy hour is awesome! Got the burger of the month and it was phenomenal, only downside to the night was an old man at the bar explaining to my parents and I his personal philosophy on religion. Not even drunk, or drinking, he soberly decided to interrupt a family meal and even ate part of our appetizer.

Myself and three friends went there cuz we wanted to try the "new" place. We visited this location with the previous restaurant and loved it. We all four ordered burgers and drinks. We were told the special burger of the month is $9.99. The alcoholic drinks were small and overpriced. When our food arrived, the fries were cold and the burgers were just eh.. One of my friends ordered a side of coleslaw and when it came out, it was the size of a table spoon. We all laughed at it, thinking it was a joke but it wasn't. When we said something to the server about our fries being cold and the coleslaw portion size, she went to get us more of each. Coleslaw was warm and the second batch of fries weren't that great either. We had to constantly remind the servers for our next round of drinks and it took FOREVER to get our checks. When the checks came out, the prices on the burger of the month was $12.99. When we asked about it, she said she misspoke and she could try to get her manager to adjust the pricing or comp one of our drinks. Overall, NOT IMPRESSED. We definitely won't be back again. Too many AMAZING restaurants in KC to waste our time at this one.

Great place. Food is very good. Love the burgers and the fact they use McGonigle's for their meat supplier for those awesome burgers. The service is questionable about half the time but the food makes it worthy to keep coming back. Awesome place for lunch.

We love the Red Door! It has become our local place to go. My wife loves their spicy blue burger and I can't get enough of the meatloaf. We have also been joining some of our neighbors at the Red Door for their Happy Hour which we have found very affordable at $5 and enjoyable. Looking forward to taking advantage of the patio this summer!

Worst shit of my life. I ordered the blue burger and it tasted like raw ass. My server , her name was rosy I believe, was very bitchy and seemed stressed, yet the resteraunt was not busy. She came to our table a total of 3 times. My water hadn't been refilled the entire time, until a waiter named Chris came and saved the day. he gave us a complimentary dessert, and the manager talked to us personally. Besides the shitty first waitress, it was a good experience and you could tell that the people there, besides rosy, actually cared about the customers. Never again will I allow rosy to serve me.
