Went here for date night, we were a little under dressed, but we also don't like to spend money on things as meaningless as cloths...sushi on the other hand, I'll spend my whole pay check on! The place was very hip, we both loved the interior (pretty sure I'll end up remodeling the house in its honor) The bathrooms (as I was told by my significant other) are super awesome - literally an oval office. Food was AMAZING!!!! But the down falls are the waitress wasn't the fastest in service-I don't mind, but the bus boy informed us it was a really slow night. The waitress was actually very friendly. She did bring me a dirty plate-I brought it to her attention nicely, its not her fault but pretty sure she just went out of eye sight and wiped it-but who knows? I also asked for the cheesecake desert with out chocolate and nuts (not allergic just really can't stand chocolate.) But it came back with both on it. She offered to replace, but I rarely send food back... why waste it if I can find someone else to eat it? I'd recommend it for a date night, thats about it.

Feb. 13,2015. Food and service were ok. Drinks were very weak, very little vodka or gin in our drinks.I ordered a gin martini on the rocks--mostly ice, a waste of money. To top things off, the bill had a $2 charge for ice for each of my drinks. If I should return, I will probably bring my own ice and save $4.

We really enjoy the Purple Haze sake here. The happy hour specials are very nice, and Ian was very nice as well. The secret is not to order any rolls that are too complicated, because many of the combinations that they come up with are kinda pretentious and not really that good. Also this location is better than the one in the Power and Light district.
