This shop works diligently to satisfy their customers! I have purchased 2 bikes from them in just over a years time, a hybrid and a road bike. I greatly appreciate the individual treatment I received and they will not let you leave until you are happy with your fit. I highly recommend the staff, and the products, from bikes all the way down to a cup of coffee. Cudos to Lamont and Brenden!
I took my KHS trail bike in because of gear problems and my brakes were worn out. Lamont greeted me and was very helpful. The tuneup fee was $50 but I honestly expected more to be wrong because it was an old bike (2004). They did the tune up and called because it needed a new chain and gear housing. I agreed and the total was only $97 and it was finished the same day. The people were nice, knowledgeable, and the shop was squared away. They also have a nice selection of what ever bike you want.
This guy Brendan acts quite pretentious. He did not act courteously toward us, and it seemed like it was because we were novice riders. He acted like we were beneath him, as he talked about how much a bike my brother was looking at costs after he asked him not to touch it. Then he wouldn't stop talking about it, as he made my brother guess how much it costs. Thanks Brendan, we get it. You don't care about street urchins making small purchases, we won't be back.
They are very nice and personal. However i did not buy a drink. I was there for help with my custom bike, which they fixed up for me. Thanks
