The food is ..well as good as, any other pizza hut. Nothing special at all. The service on a scale of 1-5 is about a 2 maybe 2.5 at best.... On a good night. When we were seated, there was only one other family in there. the server took our drink order, after about 5 mins and one conversation with a fellow employee later, we finally got our drinks. I can understand a 5 min wait, when they are busy...but as I said before, it was just us and one other family in there...oh and I forgot to mention l, they had two servers for two tables. I think next time my family wants pizza hut, I'll drive to JC, Abilene or Council Grove!
This place is the best place in town
The food is the probably the best part of this - you get exactly what you would expect. Service is very hit or miss. I've never seen them participate in any of the national advertising campaign specials, nor have I ever seen a coupon for this location. If you're not at the buffet (which is decent), expect to pay full price for everything... which can get pricey. Also, delivery hours are limited and they always have problems with online ordering. The food is great, but expect that to be all and anything above it will just have to be a bonus.
