My husband and I stopped here after a full day of riding the flint hills ride. We were ready for a drink and especially a steak. We were extremly disappointed. First, we walked in to be totally ignored for a total of 25 minutes. I never felt so invisible in my life! No water, no menu, no service at all! We even asked the wait staff are we sitting in the wrong area since 1/2 is restaurant and 1/2 is a bar. We were told no, you can eat anywhere, so we waited, and waited, and waited, and finally we left. But, this type of treatment couldn't go without speaking to the manager. As we left I went to the front to speak to the person at the cash register behind the bar, I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. I said, hhhhhmmm. That is not how I would expect the manager to act. Not good, so who is the owner. I got his number, I immediately called him, he also immediately came to the bar to speak to us, we lodged our complaint. He offered us a free steak, but, after the terrible treatment neither of us wanted to step in that place again for nothing. He said he would fix the issues, and I believe he did, or will. I think we just did not get a chance to give this place a good review, the food according to a patron in the parking lot backing our story of the terrible treatment we received said the food was good. I wish we could say the same. But, we were not given that opportunity. Needless to say, another business received our dollars for a good meal that evening. I give this place a zero rating for this reason.
found hair in my wifes food, not very tastey, extremely over priced!
This place has great steaks. The service was great. Loved it.
