HORRIBLE! ! 15 minutes to get my order thru the drive thru...I told the guy at the window finally gave me my order after I honked twice! ..I asked the guy if he had gone to kill the cow to make my burger or what. .his reply was " there's only 4 of us today"..I then told him..." your manager sucks then. .two combos dont take 15 minutes..." the guy then showed me his name tag to show he was the manager..wow! for a guy with facial hair yo be working with food... big No No! as a franchise owner myself...I know how fast food restaurants work. Next time I'm passing through this town , I know this idiot is not gonna be working there as I will contact corporate and contact this McDonald's owner. Now I know why he only has 3 employees. ..they quit on him.
Every and I do mean EVERY damn time I go into this McDonalds they screw up my order some how some way, shakes that taste freezer burnt, missing 1/2 the order, missing a sandwich, wrong sandwich, Bic Mac that tastes like cardboard. Bunch of self absorbed, retard kids that don't give a damn.
The McDonalds in Concordia Kansas sucks!!! Not only did my fries suck but they short changed me $10! And as a college student $10 is alot of money!! The manager working at that moment in time said he would count the drawer to double check and he did but he said that the drawer was $2 ahead and so we left without our $10. That quite frankly is bullcrap! I am a very loyal McDonalds customer, and I feel that even though the drawer did not show that we lost our money, we should in fact get that back. If it was not for the fact that I am still a very loyal McDonalds customer, I would not be returning.
