My experience at Warsaw Buick GMC was excellent and exceeded my expectations on many levels. The sales associates were very helpful and worked together to make sure I found a vehicle that met not only my personal and financial needs but also the needs of my family. Hunter Kreft especially played a large role in helping with my vehicle selection. Justin Criswell the GMC manager worked with me personally to make sure I was saving as much money as I could on the vehicle I wanted and was able to get me to an affordable monthly payment on a BRAND NEW TERRAIN! As a young single mother I never would have imagined that it would be possible for me to get into such a luxurious vehicle that was covered under warranty and offered benefits such as free oil changes and tire rotations without breaking my bank. Absolutely horrible service. Twice I've been here (once for a full vehicle inspection and once for a key programming.) With the inspection, they said it would be an hour. 6 1/2 hours later, they say nothing is wrong (turns out my brake pads and rotors were both trashed.) For the key replacement, I set up the the appointment on Friday for 10 am Saturday. They call at 10:48 am Saturday to tell me it'll be an hour. It's currently 12:40 pm and they haven't even brought it into the service bay.

I've tried a few times to get my car in for service and it always seems to take a week to get something in to be looked at. If there is a problem that makes your primary care unsafe to drive, that time frame doesn't work very well. This week I left information stating what I needed ordered with a VIN and everything. I also left a call back number.....no one returned my call. I went elsewhere to get my car repaired and was able to get it in the same day.

We bought a used vehicle from Warsaw Autoplex. They did an excellent job of getting us the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford. The salesman we worked with, Hunter Kreft, went above and beyond. We had quite a few "wants" that were almost impossible to find in a used vehicle, but Hunter found one that had everything we were hoping for - plus extras. Great experience working with Hunter and the Warsaw Autoplex.

Let me start with that everyone Warsaw Autoplex GM was great to work with. No push to buy environment.My salesman was Chris Noble not the normal salesman very good at his job to make you fell comfortable. I will buy form them again!! Regards, Rusty Newsom
