Worst service and horrible wait time. Waited in line for 20 minutes then found out they gave me the wrong food. Id rather just go spend $5 at subway across the street and have faster service and at least better food.

This place is crap.I have had tons of problems there.the only time i go there is when im drunk and its because its my only option.one time i went through the drive thru durning the day on my way fishing and got sum sandwiches wich they messed up and a bag of ice.paid for all of it went to the next window they handed me my food and no ice.they would not return to the window so i went in with receipt in hand and recived a old dude that I think his name was Walter Johnson.he got very angry with me telling me they didn't even sell ice and he knew because he worked there for 3 months.15 mins later some weird toothless brought me my bag of ice. worthless

This place is awful. the service is so slow and i dont see why, because they have so many people up front. The burgers are dry and they over cooked that they look burnt. When you order through drive thru its soooo slow, and if you ask for extra ranch they get upset and the orders are always wrong...

This is the McDonalds that I ate at as a resident of Warsaw. The service was always great. The lobby and restrooms were always clean. Now, I am very proud to say that I work there. I am one of the many people responsible for keeping it the fine place to eat that it is. I regularly clean the lobby and restrooms. I also will take your order at the front counter. I am lookung forward to seeing you there.

With all negative comments here, I hesitated to visit but it was close to where I work. So, I decided to try 1 lunch & 3 breakfasts at this place. Overall it is clean, service is fast. A lot of transient travelers stop by this place (off Hwy 15). Therefore, people are rowdy at times. If u want to spend time with nature, right outside are several greenspace to refresh. Just watch for traffic in circular drive. Only the island tables & ones next to entrance have AC plugs for laptop or iPhone recharge. That's sufficient because many fast food places got none (they dont want u to stay too long). The coffee tasted great, the food is only average. When your order ready, they didn't even annouce it (u had to watch out for it on the counter). It happened more than once to me, surprised!!! Overall, I would not call this a bad McDonalds. It is slightly above average. I've been to many places worse than this around the US.
