I recently inherited a big pick up truck, so big it wouldn't fit in my garage. I looked around for a small truck and they are hard to find with the specific options I wanted....Sorg had just what I wanted and I worked with a wonderful young lady named Lee Ann Rensberger. She helped me make a great deal and she even went with me to my house to help me make sure the truck would find into the garage on a horrible icy day....KUDOS for helping me out in such terrible weather. I love my new Nissan Frontier and was very impressed with the sales staff and the owner Toby went over my new truck with me and introduced me to the Service Manager. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this extra friendly dealer and his helpful staff.
Great car for the money. The staff was willing to work with us on our trade in and gave an honest dollar for the trade. Three other used car stores tried to raise the trade by 1000$. Nissan Sorg's staff was really willing to negotiate to our needs and had us in and out within 1 hour. Will definitely do business there again.
Everyone was exceptionally nice! Our salesman Neal was SO helpful and extremely honest. They were more than happy to work on a deal to make sure I was 100% satisfied! They truly went above and beyond. I purchased a demo'd vehicle and they cleaned the car out and washed it for me. They even stayed AFTER hours to complete the transaction.
Great experience as always with the Sorg Nissan of Warsaw service department. Mounted balanced and replaced all four tires including an alignment and back on the road in no time!
