Best mc I have ever had in the usa

Although the service was fast and the employees were friendly, my over all experience was not good. I went through the drive thru and ordered a big mac meal and an extra big mac. I asked that my food be mad fresh so that it would still be hot when I got home. (a 5 min drive) the lady gave me my total and i paid at the next window with no wait at all then went to the pick up window and my food was ready. A total of maybe 2 min. both the big macs were cold and my fries were cold and hard. I was told i would need to speak with a manager to get replacement food, however the manager was unavailable. so I was sent on my way with cold food. Very unhappy!!!

This MCD is just exellent. Clean and nice, with friendly employees working there. Lots of smiling faces. Good fresh food. Thank U for being there. I am especially driving from Michigan to visit that lovely place in beautiful Nashville IN
