The service was great as was the rolls and applesauce and French fries, but my wife and I both ordered our steaks well done, they looked great but when we cut into the steaks they both were blood red. We told our waiter and she took them back and they cooked them some more, but then the steaks were dry and not very tasty. The manager only took off seven dollars, we will go to Amazing Joes the next time, it`s the best steakhouse in Muncie.
Never ever had a bad meal here, and always great service, and only thing is the parking is a bit dicey.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! We eat at Texas Roadhouse at least once a week and I can honestly say this one has the best service! You can't have good service when they all just stand around and talk to each other.
Had a group of 20 people coming to the Muncie Texas Roadhouse on a Monday evening at 6 o'clock. We were told that we couldn't use the "call ahead" and that the entire group had to be there before anyone could be seated. AND there was a possibility that not everyone could sit together! Well, we found a restaurant that would seat us together AND we could use "call ahead". I would think that the potential for a group this size they would at least try to accommodate us. They lost our business and left a bad feeling with all of us!
Got here right at opening, seated right away put in order then waited about forty minutes before we got our food
