It sucks,staff,service need to be fired,food was ok,won't be returning, I don't recommend this Applebees to anybody!

Service was great tonight. We ran poor Victoria's feet off. The food left something to be desired. I got the honey pepper chicken again. Last time I had 4 pieces of chicken this time three. Last time my noodles in the 4 cheese Mac and cheese were covered in sauce. This time I had to request the sauce for my plain and cold noodles. The manager (who was not wearing a name tag) she had long brown hair was wearing a grayish button down, was hanging all over a patron at the bar. In a way that made me think it was her man or she was about to give him a lap dance. She kept rubbing his back when he got up to leave they was kissing in plain view of everyone then he exited out the back by the bathrooms. There seems to be a lot of shady things going on and not a soul is paying attention to quality. This place needs Willy from Uncle Jack's Stake House to pay a visit. If you need a good quality manager to take over give me a call. Maybe they think most of their patrons are drinking or drunk so they won't care. Well I do. The better half and I came here for a good time and great meal. Had a great one in Indy just the weekend before this. What is the problem here?!!!!

Deserves less then one star, I have ate at a lot of apple bees in the past and by far this one was the worst I have ever ate at, the only thing that went well was i was seated fast after that it was like the restaurant gave up. I ordered a sirloin mashed potatoes and french fries and a side salad totaling over $21. Now for that sort of meal I would be willing to pay that if it met some standards, The fries came out cold like they had been sitting then for 30 min before y meal was done the mashed had no flavor at all neither did the steak and on both the severing was so small it did not even fill the plate with all three choices. when i got the steak i asked for medium/ medium rare it came ut pink in the middle sure except the rest was pretty much burnt, now I am not a picky eater by far but I will never eat at this place again.

Located in the Northwest Plaza here in town, Joyce and I like this for several menu items and ambiance. That and they recognize Veterans on Veterans Day.

Horrible Food, Good Service. Ok, so I usually don't write reviews about restaraunts but I figured I would let people know about the Muncie Applebees. To make a long story short they always seem to get my order wrong no matter how many times I repeat myself. The steaks always seem to be the complete opposite of what I actually order. Loaded mashed potatos cold as ice.. Not sure how this happens. I had a recent encounter where they actually took care of me and gave me a free meal because they messed up and gave me another free meal. What do you know?? This FREE meal was also really bad. I have been to several Applesbees in florida and they were excellent, but this one is really bad. Lived here for at least 15 years and never had such bad before. I recommend Texas Roadhouse!
