My Dad took his girlfriend to dinner here. She is very sick with cancer and felt like steak though she couldn't eat much. When the bill came his debit card was declined which was my fault for forgetting to transfer money into his account. The waitress and the manager couldn't have been nicer about it according to my dad. He managed to scrounge up some money, but was still short so Logan's used a coupon to make up the difference. I want to thank Logan's for their understanding and for not treating my dad like he was a criminal.
The service at Logan's was wonderful even though we had a party of twenty. At a last minute notice the servers gathered tables and chairs and sat us quickly. The food was wonderful and my steak, the ribeye, was cooked to perfection; best steak I have had in two years. Our server continuously brought out rolls and refills, no one within the party even had to ask. For the future, our company gatherings will definitely be at Logan's Roadhouse.
We were passing through Lafayette on our way home from a long trip. It was getting late so we decided to pull over and get something to eat. We were hoping for a Texas Roadhouse but when we look up steakhouse on Google it did not list one around. So then we decided to go to Logan's steakhouse. It was Sunday night and there was almost nobody there. After looking at their menu I realize their prices were higher than what I was used to. I then decided to look up the reviews on Google. Poor service and bad food was what most had to say. I was not about to have the same experience as others had and pay that high off a price for my steak. I Googled Texas Roadhouse and found that Lafayette had one. We went there and as we walk then everybody was so friendly. The food was awesome and we did not have to pay as much as we would have at Logans.
I really enjoy Logan's. It's always hard to eat somewhere else when we are in Lafayette! Service has always been very good and the food has been delicious! As a matter of fact we plan on stopping by on Friday! I can't wait for the Georgian sun tea! yum!
Watch out! They fraudulently add tip onto your charge card, even when you write no tip!
