My family and I went here tonight for some ice cream after cooking out at Riley Park. The guy that was working was extremely friendly and helpful. He offered to let us sample the different flavors if we wanted to before we bought anything. The restaurant was clean when we arrived. A group of people came in while we were enjoying our ice cream, and the employee was just as courteous to them as he was to us. He seated them, took their order, and helped them with what they needed. We had never been to The Harbour before tonight, but we will definitely be coming back!
