I travel all over the Midwest and this is the best group of people I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Fast friendly service and they always make my drink perfect. Russell the manager has done a great job with this team!
Although this Starbucks is typically very busy in the mornings (Which Starbucks isn't?), they always keep things moving quickly. Wait time is around 4 minutes on average.
Worst Starbucks I've ever stepped foot in. The couldn't get a coffee with 1 pump of peppermint right. They also said they had chocolate chai, announced the drink, even though they knew darn well they didn't make the drink right because they didn't have any chocolate. Will never return.
After several days camping in Indiana and in need of a Caramel Macchiato, I stopped at the Greenfield, IN Starbucks on my way back to Chicago, IL. The service was friendly and efficient, but the service I received after my visit was superb. While using their washroom to put in my contacts, I left my expensive, prescription glasses there. Once home, I realized I left them there. The staff located my glasses immediately and the manager paid for them to be shipped to me. He even gave me a tracking number; communication was fantastic. Two days later, I had my glasses. No damage had come to them, because they also took such great care in packaging them. THANK YOU!
