A few weeks ago a very large group of us from work decided to go there but were concerned with our 1hr lunch time constraint. So on an off chance, I emailed over our orders so that once we got there our meals would be ready shortly after. Our party went from 10 to 14 to 16 and Hacienda was very accommodating and on it. They had no problem keeping up with our demands and getting us in and out on time. The server Debbie was awesome along with all the other staff members that helped her. They worked as a team to keep us happy. We've gone there a couple times since and they haven't disappointed. THANKS HACIENDA for bending over backwards to keep us on schedule!!
The food wasn't very good, but everyone was so nice! Great staff.
I unfortunately just witnessed this... Waitresses really shouldnt be picking up salsa from a table that just left (hasnt been cleaned yet) and give it to a table that just sat down. Don't they know thats extremely nasty? And pretty sure illegal?
Stomach was hurting before our meals came out of the kitchen. after only eating Chips and Salsa and Chips with chili Con Queso. threw up 6 hrs later. Will never visit this hacienda again...
Expect to be seated near a drunken hillbilly that yells into his cellphone despite people at other tables making fun of him. He yelled at someone named britney and is unhappy about the loss of his van. Don't mess with this guys van maaaan, I'm guessing it's the best pedo-mobile ever made! His wife (or kidnap-ee) appeared to be made out of leather, and I'm guessing she makes a living in truck stop parking lots. Why the Hacienda staff let this rude behaviour go on so long is beyond me.
