Staff only wanted to talk to each other. there were 3 of them, I was the only customer in the store. no one greeted me, no one made eye contact (just stared down at the register while mumbling to me), never told me my total, never offered a receipt, never smiled, and walked away once she set my coffee down on the counter. Here I sit in the store, 20 minutes later, and I've seen the same behavior executed 4 more times to other customers.
The predictable Starbucks menu. Not a good place to hunker down with book since the seats are not comfortable. Internet is so slow it doesn't even qualify as broadband. Staff is little more than indifferent.
I had a chai frappuccino and a cherry swirl pound cake. The drink was delicious but my cake was slightly hard from sitting out, it was not as a good. The staff are extremely friendly! :)
Very slow. Been here a couple of times thinking maybe they've had an off day. Its been slow every time.
Staff wasn't too friendly. There were three workers, and none could find a few moments to tell us they'd be right with us, even though there were only two other people in the building and one person in the drive-thru. None of them seemed to have any any intentions of working quickly. I just wanted hot chocolate.
