Worst BWW I've ever been to. Food quality is inconsistent and going downhills. It was good 3 years ago but now it is a mess. I will try to avoid it by all means.
Poor management. Food is always cold or old tasting. Heard employees arguing in the back. Never going again!
Terrible! Awful service! The staff is poorly managed. Our server was clearly not in the same restaurant we were in. Waited an hour for our food.

I won't be patronizing this Bdubs again. I'd heard rumors of very poor management and disrespectful treatment of employees, but when I actually saw a server fired on the spot for answering his cell phone before he was even clocked in I was pretty surprised. I understand the policy but it should be within reason. Overall the employees seemed very unhappy and this showed in their performance. A friend of mine worked in the kitchen and said the kitchen staff is completely neglected and the working conditions are very uncomfortable. How can I feel good eating food, knowing that is was prepared by angry employees? Should I feel comfortable spending money that obviously goes to fund the owner's fancy cars while the entire staff makes minimum wage? This place is clearly a franchise ran by amateurs.
