When we walked into the restaurant the servers were sitting at a table talking and ignored us for 5 mins then told us to sit wherever ... 10 mins later a server asked us what we wanted. We ordered drinks which took 10 mins to get ... we ordered a pizza ( which was very good) then waited for our server to come back to ask for the check they were all outside smoking ... we never got refills on drinks and the kitchen staff took our payment never again. Service is terrible we felt like we were being a nuisance to them !
When I ordered from there today, I asked for ravioli when it was delivered they sent lasagna. Not only that but half of the lasagna didn't even have cheese on it,and the noodles were greyish green on the bottom Then I called to let them know that wasn't what I ordered, the lady instead of apoligizing for everything. Told Me I was wrong and was very rude and unhelpful.
