Very poor experience. Ordered via web which was easy. Flowers arrived dirty, broken, and quite a bit of dirt and fern in the water of the vase which cause the flowers to rot quickly. Called the shop and lady was very rude and was extremely abrasive. I would avoid working with this shop at all cost.
