I have purchaed many vehicles in my lifetime and as I told Bobby when we first spoke I hate dealing with car salesman (would rather be hit in the groin with a baseball bat than deal with a car salesman). I was expecting to come to Illinois and find that the vehicle was the wrong one or did not have everything my wife had requested, instead I found the vehicle cleaned up, fueled up and ready to ride. You are the type of car salesmen that every dealership should have. My wife loves her car and we were completely satisfied with the service you provided and would definitely recommend you and your company to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again. Took my van here to have recall work done. 3 months later when changing the oil i noticed they forgot to but a Sway Bar Stabalizer link back on the passengers side causing poor handling of the vehicle. They WILL NOT replace it, and DID NOT inform me it was missing. instead want to charge me 100 dollars for their mistake. Avoid like the plague
Not impressed yet. Love my Ford Fusion, but, my husband special ordered mats for it for me for xmas. He received mats for a Lincoln MKZ. He was told they would fit. That's not the point. He ordered mats for a Ford fusion, not mats that said MKZ on them. Also, took it back in to get the license plate put on correctly. It rattled because the back plate was only installed with 2 bolts when I picked it up. All they did was tighten those 2 bolts and charge me $10. We had to have the salesman put the bottom 2 bolts in. I hope things get better. I bought my car in Mt. Carmel so I wouldn't have to drive to Evansville to get it serviced. Here's hoping I didn't make a mistake.
You did a great job. I had told my Wife to take our 2011 Ford Escape in for an oil change. I had fore got to tell her that it need the tires rotated. You seen it was do and took care of it fore us. Thank you & Great Job!!!!!!!
Marsha at J. Wilderman was great! I found a vehicle I liked online and when I got to the dealership it had sold. She helped me find a different vehicle and was so helpful with everything!
