I been going to Manny's for over 40 years. I like there thin crust pizza and its not like eating a loaf of bred. There taco are out of this world. The service is grate and all ways ask how the food taste. The BLT and chicken ranch is out of this world. I have had everything on the menu and nothing was ever came out of there bad. I was glade that Manny's came to Freeport and I go there. That's the only place I go for Pizza. The best in the mid west. you can all way pick up the pizza and eat and not have to play with your food because of string cheese that all the rest of other pizza places.
I went to Manny's for a work party for Christmas last year, and I must say, I heard great things about it... But to be honest it was HORRIBLE! The place was cramped, pizza tasted like tortilla shells with cheese wiz on top with some pasta sauce. NEVER will I go there again. It was DISGUSTING!
The last and only time we ate here it started out super awkward... I got ravioli which was ok my wife got chicken strips which again were ok other than that they came with a cup of fruit (the kind you buy kids for their lunches.) The worst thing though was the service we waited by the door several minutes before being told to sit where we wanted..Then we started an over 20 minute wait for someone to actually come to our table..
My Wife and I are addicted to Manny's Pizza. We love everything on the menu. The Monster Pizza is great for parties. Manny's is a must have if you are in Freeport IL.
The cod and french fries was the worst restaurant cod I had ever had. It was culvers prices and cheap frozen cod. I will never get it their again, and will seriously rethink even going back. RIP OFF!!
