Fred is one of the best local roasters in the Peoria area. He's not just selling coffee to be selling coffee. He really knows his craft and will take the time to talk to you about it if you stick around and chat. Starbucks is ok but nothing beats locally roasted beans and supporting a local business--especially when it is great quality. I would recommend Eysals to anyone looking for great locally roasted coffee beans. Their in-house drinks are great as well. I recommend the Eysalino or Eysalator with a shot of raspberry. Good stuff!
I like this place alot but I think its lame they are not open at all on the weekends. Imagine how much business they are losing........alot
