Our group of 6 tried it out on a visit Memorial Day weekend. We went back every night while we were there. The portions were VERY generous (most meals were under $10 & we split sometimes). The "sweet [potato] tots" were unique & delicious. Every night someone got a reuben & raved about it to the others. The waitstaff was fun & helpful. The "salad bar" was kinda lame & the non-homemade pie wasn't worth it, but I cannot imagine having any room left for dessert anyway. This wasn't fancy but very good.
Sam's Sits Solid We enjoyed a quick bite of breakfast at Sam's diner in Kellog, ID. The cinnamon French toast tasted great, and the pancake was quite large. The hash browns were also good, but there was nothing special about the eggs or bacon. If given the choice, I highly recommend the sausage links! The atmosphere was nice, the service was mostly friendly, but the prices were just okay. Overall, Sam's was a good experience that's worth at least one try.
Great food. Pleasant interior. Friendly service that fixed us something we wanted specialty. These guys are great! If you're looking for great, local food, this is it!
The best breakfast in the Silver Valley. The breakfast burrito is often imitated, but never duplicated. I love this place. It is a diner, not a fancy restaurant. Friendly staff and owners. Prices are very reasonable, their food is made fresh and not out of a can like the neighbors next door. Id take my out of town friends there.
Great place!! Wonderful food & service. Had breakfast once & dinner twice. Next time i'm back in town that will be the ONLY place I eat. I wish there was a place like this where I live in Wa. I would go broke eating out every day.
