My husband stopped here on our way home on January 22 of this year and we were very impressed. The meal was wonderful, the house red good. The waiter was very helpful and took good care of us. The word that came to mind as we ate dinner was Superb. I had that evenings special - seafood pasta, the scallops were cooked perfectly. My husband had the salmon and loved it. We will be back.
Great experience last night! Decor was great. Food options were healthy, we loved the appetizers, the main meals and the dessert. I had the Chicken mandarin salad, my husband had the salmon, my daughter had the ceasar salad, and my son the kid's pasta. The restaurant was busy so the locals must love it too. We were visiting from Canada.
We ate here a couple of times over the years. The food has always been good. Decor, quatlity of ingredients and display of preperation is about the best in Kellogg. However, service can be REAL slow if they are busy, which happens when a large group shows up unexpectedly. Like hours to complete a meal! Also, we never had a really "sharp, attentive" server. Be sure to ask what the prices are for specials: although they are usually around $20, we were socked with $52 for lobster pasta entree without be informed by the waiter that it would be so expensive. Then on top of it, he rang himself an extra $5 tip that I had to call to have the owner reverse. Needless to say, that left us with a bad taste.
Good food and great presentation on the plate. I got the Chicken Gorgonzola, it was great cooked to perfection. The portion was a little small and I am still hungry. The prices are a little high, dinner goes from $15-30. salad or soup is extra.
I love the food and service. Its always the best. Don't matter what I order, its always awesome.
