The service is mediocre at best, you are better off just buying the sauce and putting it on your own wings at home. Orders are messed up on both dine in and pick up, and the staff has messed up our payment options on many occasions. The truly best part is the sauces of which you can buy on your own and avoid the thunderous terrible music that ends any possibility for conversation among friends.
Service is terrible waitresses and staff are always trying to fight each other are short tempered and rude with guests food is always cold when served and the wing count changes every night and they charge the same price I used to be a huge fan of this chain but I should have known that once a restaurant moved to Muscatine that it would hit the bucket lets just say I will be a limited customer to this establishment until something changes and I hear better reviews
