I've been to Sips twice. The first time a friend of mine was singing in a band and we had a good time, even though the service was a bit slow. The second time, the service was slow, but understandable... until it was time to pay. The people I was with were already outside when I realized I needed to close my tab. I went back and stated to the bartender that I needed to close out whenever he was ready. I waited... and waited. Then two blond women were invited behind the bar to pour their own drinks - multiple health and service violations! The bartenders just stood there and cheered them on until they were done. I then waited... and waited. Eventually I screamed at one of them to give me my check. I gave them no tip and left very angry. This bar has nothing of interest at all... plus crappy service.
