Service was very very slow there was a long line and only 1 counter open with a trainee.I guess the whole crew was all trainee including the manager on duty cz we waited at least 20 minutes to get our order POOR SERVICE
Nails long lines and rude workers. If your hungry after 12am forget about going to Ewa Beach Mcdonalds. They take forever and you end up wasting 20 min of your life waiting for them to get it together. Drive to Jacks in Kunia
its pretty good and their food is way better than any other place..
Always busy, and I mean always busy. service is so so and just double check your orders before leaving
The resturant is always busy which means food should aLways be fresh. The crew knows how to smile and thank the customer with proper respect and even though it so busy the dinning room is always clean. The drive thru is always crowed but they know how to get the lines down fast but with acturate orders. Thank you Ewa Beach Mcdonalds for your wonderful customer service.....
