Main course was burnt, then they bought food we did not order plus they forgot to put all the items on another dinner ordered at our table. The worst part was when it got sent back one of the managers bought the same plate out again and had the nerve to say oh its burnt? Open your eyes ... Black = burnt!. Walked away knowing not to go back.
Was there there for lunch and during my lunch I discovered a sticker in my spaghetti squash. I made mention to it to the waitress and she quickly had a manager stop by. The manager explained it was when they did the prep and further explained that the kitchen staff was being talked to. Funny thing when the check was delivered. That was all that was done to address the situation. Oh well I guess it was ment as extra fiber and I should not have mentioned it. I will have to consider if I want that in my diet next time and that I will have to pay for it as well.
They advertise that their hamburgers are made to order. They are NOT. They are frozen patties that are just awful!! We could not eat them. The salad bar was fine, but even our granddaughter's grilled cheese was horrible. You couldn't even tell there had been cheese in the middle. If you want good food. Go to McDonald's if you want good food because you WON'T find it at Rudy Tuesday's.
good mac and cheese, weak drinks though
My wife and l had brunch and found it very disappointing. My order was wrong and my wifes food overcooked. Decided to try again 2wreks later and again dissapointed. Both orders were wrong.
