ordered a $17 dollar sirloin which had a good taste but it was so chewy i could not eat half of it, when the waiter asked how was the meal I told him the problem, he continued to tell me that sirloins where know to be that way and he left it at that. I would have had a better experience with the burgers.
Took a seat in the bar, no one came to take our order. Then we were seated elsewhere and when the waitress showed her first words, "I can't wait to get off, what can i get for you". She and the hostess argued in front of the customers over who was going to clean the large party table next to us. The food...hats off the the chef!!
Everything was awesome, food service was very, very slow. So food was cold. Server very nice, but slow!

Got left on hold for 12 1/2 minutes when I tried to call and put my name on the wait list. Then got put on hold again and when the girl got back on the phone twenty seconds later, she couldn't remember why I called or what she was supposed to be checking on.
