Asked for decaf vanilla frappuccino and received a sort of vanilla/pumpkin caffeinated frappuccino (was nursing and it kept baby awake). Had to repeat order. They have messed up a couple of my orders when I stop by on long drives. They will not be receiving any more of my business.
Asked for a decaf got caffeinated. Up all night. Thanks starhole.
Maybe I got there on an off day, but this was probably the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. The trash can (where the milk and sugar are) was full, and when they finally emptied the trash they didn't even bother to wipe down the tabletop. One of the women's stalls in the restroom had no toilet tissue. And lastly, and most importantly, not only was my coffee lukewarm, but there were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. I will say that it was busy when I went in, and the baristas were hopping, but that is no excuse for negligence of the product, the customers and the locale.
Said that they did not have any blonde light roast ready. the closest he had was Pike's place then I had to wait 10 minutes for him to perk Pike's place. because he didn't have it either. the idiot behind the counter heard that I asked for a blonde light roast. When I said something they asked me if I wanted to wait for them to make what I asked for.
Perfect location. Before you get onto I-75 stop in or use drive thru they were so nice. Starbucks has never failed me. Public health rates them 98A. Love it.
