Very un-organized! Vape hardware products are limited and high priced (lol, they offered 1 square of cotton for $1); most of the products are clones.... Staff answered many questions with, "IDK..." This is scary since they sell mech boxes that could catch on fire if not combined with the correct matching batteries.
I was very pleased with my visit to cloud 9. The staff was friendly and really knew what they were talking about. I recommend it anyone that is in the marietta area looking for a high quality smoke shop
This place rips you off! They sold me a hana modz with a incorrect battery they installed. It exploded and they wouldn't replace or fix. Then they chewed me out because I buy it from them when I asked for help. Now I have a fried chip in my hana modz. With no solution. Stay away!!! They charge $150 for a clone. Elsewhere only 99$.
Cloud 9 is hands down the best smoke shop around. This shop has some of the best glass I've ever seen, the owner and employees are always giving me the best deals. I know after coming to this shop I will never go to another, they have anything you can think of, vapes, water pipes, hookahs, you name it they have it.
