Racist. And just because they have people of color working there doesn't mean anything. My parents went to this restaurant a few years ago. They were seated by the hostess who was very nice. Their server never came to even take there drink order. She just looked at them with a nasty look on her face. However, she had no issue serving a white family that came in after my parents while she continued to ignore them. After sitting there for 20 mins. They got up, told the hostess they were leaving and left. Im sure some are saying, so what that was years ago things may have changed....no they haven't. Just 2 months ago a group of 8th graders came into the restaurant, dressed nice , after their little 8th grade dance. Same problem. They had money, weren't loud or rude and some of the parents who obviously drove them there as they are not of age to drive, were waiting outside in their cars . Ive never eaten here because of the first incident and will never eat here because of the last. Sad because there aren't many restaurants in this small town, especially national chain restaurants . Better places to eat right up the street and and across the street from this so called "restaurant".

Food was great and service was wonderful! I go to Applebee's all over the southeast and food quality here was awesome!!

We went a few months ago. They redid and updated the interior. The food and service are still very bad. Avoid it! You have better choices. I love the variety on Applebee's menu but this resturant has hit bottom

Eight here and when we came in they seated us. We sat for almost ten minutes before anybody waited on us. Then it took almost a hour to get our food. Then my chicken was burnt and had a funky taste. And on top of that our waitress came to our table Maby 4 times the whole time. And somebody came out the kitchen cussing so loud everybody in the restaurant could hear them.

Jus left from there...horrible. I usually always go there out of convenience service ALWAYS SUCKS but today it was beyond horrible. I placed a to-go curbside order && I.was told it would be ready in 10-20 mins so I pulled up to the curbside and called in to let them know I was outside and the waitress informed me they would be right out so I waited about 10 mins I went inside to use the restroom and my order still hadn't came out yet so I approach the bar and the bartender( very sweet) informed me that she had no idea who had takin my order and she would find out. Took another 7 mins to get my food out to me and when it got there it was wrongs over the phone I orderes the bourban stk and shrimp when I got to the restaurant they informed me that that item didn't exist and just gave me chkn & shrimp instead. I was tired of waiting by this time so I just took it and to top it off they left out my side item and I had to yet again wait for them to fix that. I'm never goin back I will drive out to jax if I want applebees again. They really need to get it together!!
