I love the food at ruby Tuesday. It's always good quality food. It's a little overpriced but if you get the salad bar you can usually get your money's worth. However at this location the service is less than stellar. The servers have a tendency to ignore your requests even after asking them multiple times. They act like the cheddar biscuits come out of their paychecks. And they have even been rude a few times. I guess at this location that doesn't matter much since the customers are mostly passing through. It's a shame that locals here like me never come here all because the service is poor.
Worse Ruby Tuesday! I love Ruby Tuesday and trust it will be clean and good food. As soon as we walked in I noticed the salad bar was messy and out of items. I said something as we sat down and then again later on. By the time my husband got his uncooked and still pink chicken sandwich the bar still had not be attended too. The food on the bar was also not fresh. Spoke to the manager and she said they were having a bad day. The place was empty and now I know why. We did not finish our food and left.
great place to eat. even better since you get the salad bar as a side now. have to say all the girls working tonight looking good
We stopped on our way through and had the nicest waitress Devin. Really really impressed with the service!!!
Friendly employees and a great atmosphere make me keep coming back!
