My mom is actually writing this review because this is her Starbucks. She works in Commerce and picks a mocha up there 3-5 times a week. The staff, which changes frequently, is always great, even the trainees. She's been to a number of other Starbucks but thinks this is the absolute best!!!
It was slammed busy when we got there at 8pm. Garbage cans overflowing, bathroom needed attention, low on cup sleeves, line out the door, crazy drink orders, but the barista girl and the staff was beyond pleasant and helpful. Good work despite being short staffed
