LongHorn Steakhouse

Reviews

Runs like a Swiss watch. The manager was doing PR and hovering. But you won't need him.

I recently had the unfortunate luck and broke down in Commerce GA. While I was waiting to get my truck fixed I noticed the Longhorn across the street. I decided to walk over there and get some dinner. I sat at the bar that evening and was greeted by a very bubbly waitress. I liked her right off the bat. She was very nice and took my order and was right back with my drink and the salad that came with my meal. I ordered a small sirloin cooked med.rare.When my steak came, I cut into it and it was over cooked for about a minute. It was still very tasty and liked every bite. While I was eating, the waitress came by and asked If I was enjoying my meal. I informed her that I was, but the steak was just a touch over cooked. She promptly asked if I wanted it replaced and I told her that it was fine and that It wasn't a problem. A few minuets later, the manager came out and also asked if I liked my meal. I told him the same thing I told the waitress and it wasn't a problem. Later when i was finished I asked the waitress for my bill. She then informed me that my bill was taken care of because my steak was overcooked. I told her that I totally enjoyed my meal and that wasn't necessary. She told me that it was already done and to have a great night. I almost felt guilty, so I left her a big tip and left. I would totally recommend dinning at this location. My meal was great and I plan on returning the next time I get through there. Thanks to the employees at this location for a job well done.

I lost my faith in Longhorn after eating here.

Be sure you check your credit card statement to make sure that you weren't charged more than what you signed for. If you were charged more (tip magically increased), be prepared to spend some time getting it corrected!

We decided it was a perfect day to cool down with a Chocolate Stampede!!!.... :)
