First I'd like to point out that I am lead to believe this state doesn't believe in brunch and mimosas. And second, I'd like to clarify that this was my only option outside of iHop/Denny's. The espresso machine was down (strike one), the cashier was incredibly rude and short with me for browsing prior to ordering, and finally the overall atmosphere was simply sub par in comparison to that of a St. Louis Bread Company. Lastly, I shouldn't have to clean my own table off prior to seating myself because "you're busy"; the place was maybe half full and every empty table was covered in a mess. Maybe I'm biased and a little hungry still, but just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I would expect this place to have a line out the door. It isn't fantastic but at least it is something other than applebees, Burger King... Columbus has lots of restaurants, but they are all the same. There are some fantastic restaurants downtown that don't offer the same old stuff, but almost no one goes there. Chick-fil-A- really?

I go to this location a lot and the service has gotten horrible lately. their menu has gotten so big that nothing is made perfect or timely anymore. The drinks are just as confusing with multiple flavors of the same thing with no clear distinction between what is sweet tea and what is unsweetened. The service has taken a nose dive in the summer months so far and they never have enough employees working. I go in on different days and different times and its always the same story. From what I have seen on my visits most of the employes don't care about their job. They are either walking around with headphones in their ears or complaining about anything they can see. the weekends are the worst. the employees talk over the customers in the store even when its busy and the tall hairy dishwasher guy is always slamming dishes around.Like the person below said their dish washing skills are about the same as half of a kinder-garden aged child. The times they are clean they are usually still wet, but they put the sandwich on them anyway. In the evening for dinner on my last visit (Monday July 16th) there were three employees and a manager working from what I could see, one of the employes was out by the tables holding a broom but texting on their phone when I walked in, didn't even bother to look up and notice me. the young man that was behind the counter had to take my order, make it and he even brought it out to me only to run back to take another order, he seemed like the only person there that night that actually cared about what he was doing. In my other visits I have seen a few other employes that are always doing most, if not all, of the work when I have been in but they are few and far between. The few that I have seen working hard I feel bad for them, they are actually trying and deliver quality service while their coworkers play on phones and listen to music. I have never heard of a place that allows employees to wear headphones when they might come in contact with customers. I have seen the buss boy, a person making food and even an employee taking an order with headphones in his ear. This could be a great family friendly restaurant if there was more than one person at a time doing all the work and taking care of customers and the people ringing you up were more concerned about getting your order right than texting while taking your order

I'm a BIG FAN of Atlanta Bread Company as a rule but this location is FILTHY AND DISGUSTING! We ate there 3 times in one week before I visited the ladies bathroom - GROSS: ashes in the sink, the toilet looked worse than a truck stop. In spite of this, we went back the following day. My salad was delivered in a DIRTY bowl. I don't mean the dishwasher missed a spot. I mean they took a dirty, previously unwashed bowl out of the bus tub and made my salad in it and then brought it to me. I saw them do this. It was stained with soup or something and when I rubbed my finger across it it was slimy and gritty. I made them remake it but GAG!!! We had also ordered coffee and dessert. All 6 coffee servers were completely empty and there was none brewing. Then I bit into my vanilla cupcake: beautifully iced but hard and old. At that point my lunch companion lost her temper and called for the manager. Guess who the manager is????.......the same guy that made my salad in the bowl out of the dirty dish bin. She relayed our entire visit and held up my cupcake to which he replied, "OH! YEAH! Those things are OLD. Most people take them home before they eat them though." After much protest he refunded the money for my uneaten cupcake, the inedible cheese danish that was burned to charcoal on the bottom, and the coffee that was never made. Without a doubt - THIS LOCATION IS A HEALTH HAZARD!! I did file a report with the corporate office - for all that's worth.

I love the food I have tried here, so far. However, the customer service is THE WORST! The woman who took my order this past week was so rude and careless. I was shocked. I am a manager at a local McDonald's and I would never let this woman near my customers.
