Thet give different prices and then up charge when your going to buy. They sold me a broken hana mod and wouldnt replace or fix. Very rude. Do not go there. Ill never go back there!

The service was great. Good music, vibes, the entire ambiance was on point. Our waitress was very knowledgeable on all the hookah they served and various combinations that would enhance or experience. Recommend Cloud 9 to all my homies
